MEET THE TEAM

Richard Turner

Following the sudden death of a very close friend, Richard decided it was time to create something new that would help people live better lives. As a result, he founded Employee Health with the sole mission of providing companies with the opportunity to bring health to the forefront of their business so they can their employees enjoy life both in and outside of work and ultimately lead happier lives.

Richard has always had a passion for health and fitness and, as a dedicated Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, he has gained a wealth of experience and qualifications . After gaining his degree in Sports Science and Coaching at university, he continued to gain a variety of qualifications including Personal Training Level 3, Sports Massage Level 3, Elite movement Specialist, CrossFit Level 1, British Weight Lifting Level 2, Hockey Coach Level 1 & Cricket Coach Level 1.

The accumulation of this knowledge and expertise means Richard fully understands the human body, allowing him to train and treat people in the best possible way. He believes that the key to ultimate health is “Exercise, Eat, Recover” and he applies this core philosophy successfully across the work he does with clients. Living in Kent, not only has Richard worked throughout England, he has also had the opportunity to work abroad in America and enjoyed a year playing competitive hockey in Australia. Before founding Employee Health, Richard worked with a variety of well-established fitness companies and ran a successful personal training business for 5 years. 

Ali Hollands

Ali Hollands, is a highly qualified and award winning clinical hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people overcome anxiety and out perform their limits. Ali was the first member to join Employees Health

She originally qualified in 2011 with a diploma in hypnotherapy with counselling skills, adding NLP, the nationally recognised HPD and several issue specific trainings over the next few years. In 2015 she completed her third hypnotherapy diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and now uses this model of therapy almost exclusively, because she says “It gives the best, most robust and long lasting results and my clients find the process fascinating, motivating and energising.”

As well as running her 1-2-1 business both in person and online,  Ali lectures in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for the prestigious CPHT, a leading hypnotherapy training provider in the U.K. and abroad. She is mental health first aid trained and delivers our mental health awareness and wellbeing training workshops and seminars. 

When she’s not helping people in life and in business she loves open water swimming, climbing, caipirinhas, loud music, dancing, laughing, geeky stuff about the brain, her kids, her two shih tzu cross dogs and her very needy cat! 

Naomi Buff

Naomi Buff is a Holistic Wellness Coach and nutritional therapist, who’s Wellness career started in 2011.

After gaining her qualification with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition’ to study Holistic Health Coaching she went on to achieve some outstanding achievements becoming the first ‘superfood’ supplier in Monaco and kitchen consultant in some of Monacos top restaurants  and hotels including the fairmont hotel. She has also been featured on riviera radio and Monaco masterchefn(making it through to the semi finals). 

Naomi has been hosting Women’s Wellness Cookery workshops for over 7 years in both Monaco and the UK. Over the years she has coached and taught hundreds of women and inspired positive achievable change in their diet and lifestyle through simply committing to making one small change at a time.

She is very passionate about empowering and inspiring people through her workshops, blogs and recipes so is a great addition to the Employees Health Team.

James Gale

James has over 12 years experience in helping people achieve optimal health through their nutrition. His clients have ranged from people managing illnesses such as diabetes, all the way through to Olympic athletes, giving them that extra edge in competition. 

Recognising the disconnect between nutritional theory and practical application, James set out to demystify great eating habits and set up Core Meals 4 years ago. This has enabled him to assist clients by providing their food, and therefore taking the stress out of prepping their meals. It also gives his clients excellent practical examples of portion control, and great nutrition. His nutritional consultancy work has extended beyond a one to one basis, and James has delivered numerous talks to corporate workforces.

As well as studying his subject at George Brown College, Toronto, and the prestigious MAC Nutrition University. The qualifications have ensured that he is fully up to date with the latest evidence – based nutrition theory, and meant he has had the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

Jordan Stanford

Jordan has over 5 years experience as a yoga teacher, with a background in psychology, her approach to health is as much about spiritual and mental wellness as it is about physical fitness. Jordan doesn’t believe in extremes and takes a balanced approach to life, there is no one size fits all, if it feels good, keep doing it, if you hate it, then move on.

This is reflective in her classes, her style is explorative, encouraging you to move intuitively, listen to your body and discover what you are capable of.
