Jordan Stanford

Jordan has over 5 years experience as a yoga teacher, with a background in psychology, her approach to health is as much about spiritual and mental wellness as it is about physical fitness. This is reflective in her classes, her style is explorative, encouraging you to move intuitively, listen to your body and discover what you are capable of.
