Yoga & Pilates
With so much time spent working sat down hunched over a desk, Anti Desk yoga focuses on opening up the front of the body with gentle back bends, twists and posture strengthening poses.
Taking time to slow down we will work through seated and lying postures, holding them for some time to gently stretch the body with a focus on breath work to help calm the body and mind.
Perfect for an early morning or lunch time practice to bring new energy into the body and invigorate the mind. Building strength and stamina with a flowing vinyasa.

PRANAYAMA (BREATH WORK)
30 minutes seated or lying down working with a number of breathing techniques to calm the mind and nervous system.
