Cancellation Policy – Employees Health Trading under Futur3 You Limited

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our providers and our other clients, we ask that you follow and respect these cancellation terms if you need to cancel an appointment.

Cancellation Terms

if you need to cancel your session charge that could be incurred, here is the outline for the charges which you will be required to pay.

  • Less than 14 days – full charge
  • Between 15 – 29 days – 50% charge
  • 30 days and above – no charge
  • Rescheduling within these times will be charge at the same rate

If you book to attend a course/workshop/service within the above timeframes, the cancellation terms immediately apply. 

To avoid charges, you are required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice.

In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Employees Health reserves the right to amend or cancel any training event. In this instance, full refunds will be given. Employees Health is not liable for any expense incurred by delegates as a result of cancellation (for example non-refundable travel or hotel costs).

The course materials supplied to delegates are for their own use and are not to be copied or redistributed. All delegates should understand that any personal information learnt as a result of this course about a fellow delegate is confidential and is not to be repeated.

You understand that any information submitted by you to Employees Health will be recorded and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
