“Richard delivered a virtual “Optimal Health” workshop to our employees as part of our wellbeing initiative.With our employees working from home Richard was able to deliver the sessions virtually and tailor the sessions to address the challenges of home working in this unique period. Richard discussed a range of topics including mental health and wellness, stress, nutrition, sleep and physical fitness.
