Option 3. Sleep & Circadian Rhythm Training Part Two

In the second part of this two-part full training series, Daniel guides participants through 10 steps to creating their personalised plan for better sleep. This plan will help attendees to build upon and put into practice all the information that they have been introduced to during the first training session.

It is not necessary to have attended part one to benefit from the delivery of this session, which includes a more practical focus with an exploration of relaxation techniques and how to create the ideal morning, daytime and evening routines to achieve a healthy circadian rhythm and high-quality sleep.

The session is 60 minutes in length (with optional 15 minutes for Q&A after delivery).

Option 4. Sleep & Circadian Rhythm Training Parts 1 & 2

This option provides access to both parts of Daniel’s training including the 90 minute and 60-minute sessions. It also provides participants with the opportunity to participate in Daniel’s self-paced online Sleep Better Live Better programme following attendance at the training sessions (the programme is provided based on an agreed price per head).

Option 5. Sleep & Mental Health Seminar

A substantial body of research shows that sleep is a critical component of employee mental health. In our 21st century, globalised fast-paced, high-stakes “always on” culture, demands in the workforce increasingly stretch employees’ boundaries. Something has to give, and usually, that something is the quality and quantity of employees sleep.

In this 60 minute seminar, our resident sleep expert Daniel White will guide attendees through the most important information that they need to know in order to upgrade their rest and recovery in order to protect and strengthen their mental health.

Option 6. Sleep & Performance Seminar

How and employee sleeps directly impacts their performance and productivity in the workplace, as well as their health, happiness and overall well-being.

Research shows that poor sleep quality has clear links to poor mental and physical health and increased risk for adverse performance, however, it’s not just about what might be missed out on by employees not getting enough high-quality sleep.

Despite the fact that a lot of time, attention and financial resources are spent on up-skilling the workforce, many organisations overlook one of the most powerful ways to gain a competitive advantage – by providing the necessary education and training that allows their workforce to rest well.

Ultimately, having a sleep-deprived workforce undermines productivity and presents a huge missed opportunity for employee performance and innovation – factors that provide companies with a competitive edge and the ability to disrupt the market. There is immense, untapped and unappreciated power in cultivating a ‘sleep-first’ culture within your organisation.

In this 60 minute seminar, our resident sleep expert Daniel White will guide attendees through the most important steps that they can take to ensure that their sleep and performance remain at their best.
